• Lux Ceylon does not currently accept payments through its website.
• All payments, where applicable, are handled offline and are subject to separate written confirmation, invoicing, and payment terms issued by Lux Ceylon Concierge Services (Pvt) Ltd.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging with Lux Ceylon agree to:

• Ensure passports, visas, insurance, and health requirements are valid and up to date
• Carefully review itineraries, confirmations, and travel documents prior to departure

Lux Ceylon is not responsible for issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

7. Travel Documentation

• Passport or identification details are requested only where required for travel arrangements.
• Clients remain solely responsible for compliance with immigration, visa, and entry requirements.
• Lux Ceylon shall not be liable for denied entry, delays, or losses resulting from documentation issues.

8. Third-Party Suppliers

Lux Ceylon works with carefully selected third-party suppliers, including hotels, transport providers, guides, and experience operators.

• All third-party services are subject to the supplier’s own terms and conditions.
• Lux Ceylon is not liable for acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, or failures of third-party providers.
• Any disputes relating to third-party services may be governed by the supplier’s individual policies.
